Put one principle under pressure.

Before choosing a whole system, test one choice. Write three short answers about something you need to do today.

1. Principle: what matters here—truthfulness, courage, responsibility, restraint, or care?
2. Pressure: what makes that principle difficult to live—fatigue, fear, convenience, or wanting approval?
3. Action: what is one specific step you can take, and what needs to change around you so you can repeat it?

Review what actually happened afterward. Keep what worked and revise what did not. That is the practical question behind VirtueCoded.
