4/1/2012 Conference week was awesome because we watched it in English. Massiso. I Understand so much more that way. The prophet talked about a toy boat race when he was a kid that he was in. He said the little boat was the fastest until it hit a whirl pool that put it on its side. The others never made it the finish line either because of one reason or another. He said is because they did not have a rudder or any way to steer it. Some of our lives are the same way. If a man die shall he live again? He said Death was like going into another room. President Urhdorf said if we feel like hating, holding grudges or just plain angry. There is only one remedy. Stop it. Let go and allow God to heal your heart. He remembered a bumper sticker that said don’t judge me because I sin differently than you. Your mother made drawing kits for the kids. They loved them. She has kids now that come over to the house to teach her Spanish and just want to hang out. Your mother is awesome and I really love her very much. I am so proud of her and how she deals with adversity and willing to stick to this no matter how hard it gets. After hearing some of the trials some of the kids and other people have faced in conference. I tend to believe we don’t have it so bad. I think of the Savoir and how rejected he was and how he just kept loving others with no malice of heart. How could I ever be like the Savior? I have tried to make little goals for myself. One of them was to forgive as soon as I was wronged or thought I was wronged. It’s been hard to do but I have to sometimes tell myself to do it because I made a promise to do so. I wanted to see if I felt any better or feel more love. They say forgiveness brings love into your heart. I will let you know how it goes. I want to tell each of you that |I love you and I am proud of who you are. Been thinking about my father lately and how much he loved me and ya know I didn’t really realize it until he was gone.
