Busy week. To much excitement for me…. I have been thinking about you guys a lot lately. My dreams of speaking the language may escape me but I will not give up. I have come realize that you don’t go a mission to be able to learn a language and it does not happen that way. The one that is in control of what you learn and who you teach is the lord and what language you will do that with. Last week I got a call and the teacher of the self-employment workshop canceled two hours before the class. Because of everything that has gone on here I took with a, oh Okay. I guess I will step in and do that too. Like it was just what I do all the time. No, it is not. I haven’t taught that class as of yet. I have tried to prepare to teach it but never actually done it as of yet. It’s a four course class that takes 4 weeks to teach, two hours in each class. I thought maybe no one will show up. It has only happen once since we been here. It rained all day that day and today it was not raining. Someone showed up, a new guy and he was early and excited about learning about opening his own business. I made him wait was to 10 minutes after to see if anyone else would show up. No one did. So l started the course but instead of teaching course #2 which was the course we were on I started with lesson one because he was the only one there. After struggle for 20 minutes trying to teach this course I ran out of examples and didn’t know enough Spanish to make it through. The course relies on your ability to tell stories of success and have examples to explain what you want them to understand. I Kind of bowed head to gain my composer and was really saying a little prayer. Like help me lord I have nothing else. Three more people should up and one was my substitute teacher. They ask me what lesson I was teaching and told them #1 and they said we don’t want lesson one we are lesson two. I lean over to Hermana Ruth my substitute teach and ask if she can continue teaching lesson one to this person and start lesson two for the other two. She said sure. The Lord came through again for me. Another half hour went by and two other people showed up and Ruth just started teaching them. Thank you for people like Hermana Ruth. Friday we went out to dinner with President and he told us we were transferred to Roaton. A inland off the coast of Honduras. He said Will you accept and how soon can you pack your bags. You assignment has changed too. You are going to be whatever it takes to get the branch in order. They have a branch president but not much more. It is scary to think that we are going to start all over and just figure out what we need to do. I am by no means in love with this area but I will miss a lot of good people here. Moving away from the most dangerous city in the world has it’s benefits. It seems we have done some good here and some have jobs because of us and we are grateful to be able to do that. WE are sad because the leaders of this area were not as positive as we would like them to be finding jobs for their members was not a high priority. Teach them correct principles and they will govern themselves. Joseph Smith said. I have learn a lot about the temporal is as important as the spiritual and you cannot have one without the other. Some one that lives the spiritual and neglects the temporal will not make to the Celestial Kingdom. I have a stronger testimony than I have ever had and I want you to know that the lord loves you no matter what you do. That satin does not love you and his plan is to destroy you and will continue to do so until he succeeds or fails. The deciding factor is which plan we choose to obey. I used to think there was not end to satins plan but today I learn that there is. He will continue to work on you until he destroys you and that is his goal and the only person that can stop him is you. I pray for you every day that you will be safe and choose the right.
